A TIMARU APPEAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timara, Nov. 28. One appeal under section 35 was heU here, that of Frederick firuhn, insurance agent, one of three single brothers. Evidence was giveh that lie supported a widowed and invalided mother, .vho lias no means, ,and that, the other two had been passeS as military fit, and were waiting to be called up. The case was ailjourscd sine die.
