A special effort is to be made to-morrow to raise the deficiency of £ls that remains to be col*' lected before the contribution asked: fo* can be made. The local branch of tha League makes an appeal to the publio for liberal support of its endeavor. Flowers will bo offered for sale in Devon and Brougham streets. . i.._, RED CROSS MART.
