EXPULSION OF ENEMY MINISTERS. GOVERNMENT COULD NOT RESIST, Athena, Nov. Tl. ' King Constantino presided at a pro* tractcd special 'Privy Council to consider the expulsion of the Ministers <il Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, and ..Turkey. It was decided that it was impossible to resist. It is officially announced that th< charges against the deputy, M. Cadliroaaiatis, have been proved false, the incriminating letters being the work ol a forger, who has confessed. The enemy's Ministers and staff left for Kavalla on board a Greek steamer, flying all tlie enemy flags to obviate torpedoing.

The United States Legation reprif sents Austrian, Turkish, and Bulgarian interests, those of Spain being entrusted to Germany after the expulsion of the four Ministers. The Greek Government protested against the expulsion to the last, but Admiral de Fournet replied that Ministers engaged in espionage must go.
