ANNEXATION—NO T LIBERATION. A SOCIALIST HITS THL TRUTH. , Amsterdam, Xov. 21. After an angry debate the Prussian Diet, by 180 to 104, agreed that Poland must give Germany permanent military and economic guarantees, also that the German character of Prussia's eastern provinces must be maintained. The minority included 'Poles, Progressives, Socialists, and Danes. Herr Stroebel (Socialist) declared that the so-called liberation of Poland mis merely annexation and would intensify the war. The Archbishops of Warsaw and Cracow have denounced the recruiting in Poland. The priests generally preach opposition from the pulpits. The Frankfurter Zeitung states that tt Warsaw a Polish National Council has been formed representing all parties for the organisation of the new kingdom.
