THt SLAVE RAIDS. PURCHASING EXEMPTION. Received Nov. 21, 8 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 21. The deportations of Belgians was continued. The wealthier were allowed to purchase exemption for a thousand marks. Only a few responding, the ransom was reduced to five hundred.
