NEUTRAL ZONE FIXED. TO_BE OCCUPIED BY ALLI&V •Received Nov. 19, 5,5 p.tn?* London, Nov. 18. The Chronicle's Athens correspondent states that the resiult of General Roques' visit is that a neutral zone between the jurisdictions of tflie Athens and the Provisional Governments has been fixed. TluS zone runs north, roughly, parallel to the pre-Balkan vrar frontier, beginning near Ekaterin*, passing Grevena, and ending at Konltza, in Epirus. The zone varies from threO to seven miles in breadth. It will be occupied by Allied troops, and military forces will not be .permitted to cross it. Cabinet, it is believed, is not willing to concede the demands to hand over riflcß, artillery, and ammunition, therefore the matter has been left to General Fournet to settle.
