Sydney, Nov. 18. - A mass meeting of Litbgow miners passed a unanimous resolution to fightfor the eight hours bank-to-bank clause 1 and not to return to work until it was granted. ' OUTLOOK MORE HOPEFUL. I Reecived Nov. 18, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 18. In view of Monday's ballot. tM strike outlook is regarded as more hopeful. Reports from mining centre* indicate the vote will probably favor resuming work, pending arbitration. The Council of the Coal Workers* Federation has agreed that transports are to be loaded with the coal which is now at the pit-top 9, and the order for the work has been passed forward.
