The fine grounds of th= school ia<l been given careful attention, with the result tliat the? were in first-da/ condition for the jports. In the afternoon there .-was a large attendance of the public, who took a keen interest in tile events. The Citizens' .junior Hand, under Mr. F. W. C. MeLeod, discoursed selections, and added materially to the enjoyment of the outing. Afternoon tea, the proceeds of the "nab of which will be devoted to providing Clrhiinas comforts for Old Boys, at ths front, was served. ' The principal features of th» sports were the large number of entries,' the remarkable promptitude v/ith which the events were dispatched, and the commendable performances established lv the _<oinpetitors. The sports vere ullirely successful, and much credit is une to the organisers for the manner in which they v,'ei'e conduct'-".!.
