A JUSTIFICATION FOR THE TITLE 'F "FRAiU." Received Nov, 16, 10 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 15. The Saxon Government has decided that girls engaged to soldiers killed in action shall be allowed the title of "frau," if proved they had an earnest intent to marry. Special Government permission is required before a girl assumes the name of her, fiancee.
PROPERTY REPRISALS. Received Nov. 10. 10 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 15. As a reprisal for the forced sale of German property in Nigeria, the German Government is selling the (palace of ' Sir Francis Oppenlielmer, a 4>rmer Con-tul-General of Frankfurt, valued at «jM»J00O mark?.
