A BELATED TRIBUTE. - Amsterdam, Nov. 14. A German communique states: Enemy airmen dropped a wreath behind our lines, addressed to the officers of the Flying Corps, in memory of Boeleke, "a bra\iP and chivalrous enemy." The note regretted the lateness of the tribute, which was due to the weather, and said, "We mourn with his relatives and friends." 'the wreath and letter hava been sent to Boelcke's parents.
ESTIMATE OF GERMAN FORCES. London, Nov. 14. Colonel Repington estimates that the Gev nan forces in the 'field are now four and one-third millions and the reserves two millions, which will supply existing units till the autumn of I!)I7, The Allies can overmatch their principal enemy's final effort. The man power of military age still available in Britain is between three and four millions, not counting the Dominions. POLISH PRIVY COUNCIL. /
Amsterdam, Nov. 14. The Governor-General of Warsaw has oraered the formation of a Polish Privy Co ineil, of which district representative and town councils will select eight. The Governor, who presides, nominates four. The Polish language will be spoken in the Privy Council and Diet. CROWN PRINCE SENT TO ALSACE. Received Nov. 15, 9 p.m. London, Nov. 14. It is officially announced at Berlin that, the Crown Prince is leaving Verdun and taking the command in Alsace.
