By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The present indications are for strong and squally north-west winds, and skies cloudy to overcast. Rain is probable generally, and conditions are also favorable for electrical disturbantes in many parts of the Dominion. The barometer has a falling tendency.
