DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. is hereby given that the iPartnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, HENRY BROWN, CHARLES AHIER, and FRANCIS HENRY BROWN, carrying on business as Timber Merchants, Sawmillers, &c., at New Plymouth, Inglewood, Waitara, and elsewhere, under the style of "Henry Brown & C 0.," Iras this Day been dissolved by mutual consent. All Debts due to or owing by the said lute firm will be received and paid by the said Henry Brown and Francis Henry Brown, who will -continue to carry on the business under the present style of "Henry Brown & Co."
