IS. • Mr. Massey has forwarded a cablM gram to the Secretary of the ExecutiMj giving the following extract from tba Yoikshire Herald:— "The honor to be conferred by City of York on Mr. Massey ia morn than a personal tribute to an broad-minded, far-seeing Imperial states-, man.
