ALLIES' SUCCESSES. CONSTANZA EVACUATED HEAVY GERMAN CASUALTIES. London, Nov. 12. The Serbians are driving hack the Bulgars in the Cerna loop, and continue their victorious advance. The whole Cuki Range is now in their possession. We captured the village of Polok, and counter-attacks were repulsed with heavy loss. We also progressed further west and north of Vclesclo. The Roumanians captured a trench at Dragoslavch. Fierce fighting continues on the left bank of the Alt. continues. On the left bank of the Alt tho Roumanians advanced northward# and captured a mountain. An enemy attack on the right bank of the Alt was stopped, and an attempt by the enemy to land at tre mouth of the Alt was repulsed.
