The Times says that in an interview General Brusijoff declared that the war was won to-day, though it was a matter of speculation how much longer would be required to convince the enemy that his cause is irretrievably lost. A Russian communique announces that Russian cavalry and infantry two [ miles west of Czrunuanoda are fighting for the famous bridges.
