The Athens correspondent of the Daily Chronicle states that a German submarine torpedoed another Greek vessel, the Kiki Issai, without warning, and four men were drowned. This, coupled with the loss of the Angelifci, has caused a revulsion of feeling in Athens and the Piraeus against the Germans, which mav place the Government in an awkward position.
