A SUCCESSFUL EXODUS, London, October 2G. Mr. George Gracey, a member of the American Mission in Armenia, lias successfully conducted the exodus of 23,000 Armenians and 6000 cattle from the Lake Van territory. They covered 150 miles in five days, reaching safety at Igdiah. Only 250 of them were armed. They drove off marauding Turkish tribesmen and suffered few casualties.
