AN ANGRY PRESS COMPLAINT. Amsterdam, October 20. The, Tclegraaf angrily complalni ol Sunday's Zeppelin flight over Holland and asks why it was not fired on and why the Government does not protest It suggests that a precedent has been established which will prevent Holland complaining' if Allied airmen cross her territory in order to bomb Krupp's or other arms factories.
