ANTI-AUSTRIAN REVOLT,
SPREADING TO HERZEGOVINA. Received Oct. -23, 5.4 a p.m. Amsterdam, Oct. 22. The anti-Austrian revolt in Montenego has spread to Herzegovina, where the garrison has been reduced owing to the needs on other fronts. The insurgents killed three of the garrison in Montenegro. Numerous hands arc scouring Montenegro, Herzegovina and north Albania. Troops from Dalmatia and Pola are engaged in quelling the insurrection.
