TRAFALGAR DAY IN LONDON. CONFIDENCE IN THE NAVY Australian-N.Z. Cable Association Received Oct. 22, 5.5 p.m. London, Oct. 21. Trafalgar Day ,vas celebrated by a series of stirring demonstrations. The Nfllson column was bedecked with hundreds of magnificent wreaths, including one, fifteen feet in diameter, inscribed: "In memory of the gallant sailors of France who died at Trafalgar, from their comrades in arms to-day." There was also a New Zealand irreotli of (lowers, encased in ice, and an Australian tribute, while there wore many from the crews of warships in memory of their fallen comrades.
