MURDER OF CONSTANBLE DUNCAN PLEA OF GUILTY WITHDRAWN. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association' Received Oct. 18, 10.5 p.m. Sydney, Oct. 18. Roland Kennedy and Frank Franz, ivho were charged with the murder of Constable Duncan were again before the Court to-day. Kennedy created a sensation by pleading guilty, but afterwards withdrew his plea. The Crown SolieitorVssated that there was abundant evidence to prove that the crime was the result of I.W.W. doctrines, which had been circulated in the country, and of which body both accused are members.
