Time was a large crowd present at the sti'tien. where the Mayor briefly addressed the men, and on behalf of the district wished them Ood-speed and the best of Lick in the cause they had undertaken. The Citizens' Band was in attendance, -playing several patriotic ails during the period of waiting, and "Anid Lang Syne," and the National Ant acm were rendered as the train pulled cjt.
