Westrup, ami John Ca'rlson, appeared for sentence on charges of cargo broaching. The Chief Justice, having regard to the men's youth and prompt admission of guilt when taxed by the police, granted probation for six months, each accused being ordered to pay £'i towards the cost of the prosecution.
