WITIORA CLUB, On Thursday afternoon a mixed foursomes, open to all golfer?:, was rlaved on the Witiora links for trophies presented by Mr. A. >S. Ha.?a!l, the entry fees being devoted to the Red Cross Fund. There was a fair entry. Following were the best score?: — Mrs. 'Dell and A. L. lijmphrios, 107—27—50. Miss flawke and W. Grey wins the club championship by default. E. P. Loftus, who was to have contested the final \nth Grey, lias been transferred by ths firm with which 'he is associated to the We.lington district.
