The boats on the lake have been placed at the disposal of the committee, and they are sure to reap a harvest. During the afternoon the school children are to give sundry displays of a spectacular character. The fete will be carried on into the evening, and the park, right up to the bandstand and the environs of the lake, will he brilliantly lit by electricity. The Ladies' Committee ask that contributions to the stalls be handed in at their rooms, and in the case of "perishable*," that they be brought to the "''Roc." on the morning of the fete, if possible. Tuesday night, the. 24th, is allotted to tlie Citizen's Band and friends to give a novelty concert in the Coronation Hall, but details will be given later concerning this.
