TERRITORIAL TRAINING By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, October 11. Important changes have been intro duced in the training of the New Zealand. Territorial Army with the view of obtaining increased efficiency. The most far-reaching decision applies to the Senior Cadets. An entirely new syllabus has been adopted, which will be opread over the four years they are Senior Cadets. This provides for theii being put through the same number oi drills as a recruit in the regular British Army during six months' continuous training. DOMINION; FINANCES Auckland, October 11. The Hon. A. M. Myers, acting-Minis ter of Finance, states that the tota ordinary revenue for the six month tnded September 30 amounted ti £0,349,027, against £.">,455,500 for tin correspondoing six months in the pre ceding year.
