ENEMY TRADE REGULATIONS. Copenhagen, October 8. A British .Note has been sent to Sweden demanding certificates of origin and interest as to goods exported to Britain and her colonies. Probably this (circular has been sent to all neutrals as the result of the Paris Economic Conference. Stockholm, Oct. 8. Owing to Britain requiring certificates for all goods of Swedish origin shipped to England, exporters have been forbidden to fill the new bills of lading pending further negotiations, and exports to London are stopped. NEW BRITISH DYE WORK 3. London, Oct. 8. The, Ministry of Munitions has sanctioned the erection of large dye works at Nottingham. This is due to the discovery of" the Hermsdorff formula, a buck dye for fine black cotton hosiery.
