The police charged one Tiwlle with driving at an excessive speed. Fined £2 and costs. ' Police charged J. Capper with inciting J. Andrews, a prohibited man, to drink. Evidence was given that Capper went to Andrews' shop with a bottle of wliiskv and asked for a shake down for the night, oll'ering Andrews the whisky, which, liowevei, Andrews declined to drink.
