TT is hereby notified for public information, that the Imperial Government will not pernjit Manufacturers in the United Kingdom (until they are further notified) to execute orders now placed with them, or' to be 'placed with them for the above, unless a license to so execute is granted by the Ministry of Munitions in the United Kingdom. ■(2.) To preserve the maintenance of our primary industries, I am requested by the Imperial Government to certify to such orders as comply with certain conditions, full particulars in regard to which can be obtained from the Officer in Charge, New Zealand Military Sunplies Purchase Office, P.O. Box 10(i, Wellington (telegraphic code address "Supboard, Wellington"). (3.) Engineering Tools and Supplies are defined as follows: (a.) All machine tools. (b.)
