Tlie story turns on the meeting of .Slingaree and the bishop of the diocese and. his accompanying chaplain on thei. way to reform Mi'.ltera. .Stingaree compels an exchange of raiment, in the garb of the two ecclesiastics the outlaws proceed to Mulfera. Howie talks to the men of the settlement and is intcirupted by .Stingaree, who suggests a cvHection. Under the persuasive influence of four revolvers there is a searching of pockets if not of '.■onseicnces. The sudden appearance of the bishop, who has struggled across the dr-ert, caused the hasty departure of the pair. They are captured by rangers and taken back to Mulfera. Locked in a room, they are re'eased by Ethel, thn escape being effected while she sings to the meeting now under the k" ' ,-ship of the real bishop. Supporting !....• feature : s a remarkable comedy film ''Cinders of I/.ve," in which the fun is brought about by the rivalry ol the "Keystone" fire brigade police force in the towp of -Oinghatville. The audience simply rocked with laughter during the screening of tl'is film last evening.
