A (4mi-ofliciai report states that the messages from the Greek Government to the commander were carried out by the medium of wireless, and the British warships bear out that statement, as veil as that relating to the commander's disobedience. A BLOCKADE DECLARED. It is semi-oHVinlly stated that the Allied Fleet lias declared a blockade from the mouth o| the Xestos to the village of I.'huiaghizi.
