CAZETTE NOTIFICATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, September 13. Pile Gazette announces that the exportation of sheepskins without wool, pigskins and pelts to any part of the British dominions is ndw permitted; that the export of rerinct is prohibited, and the importation of soap of foreign manufacture is also prohibited. The Gazette contains a further list of additional companies, firms and persons declared to be enemies. ANTI-CONSCRIPTIONIST PINED. Christchurch, Yesterday. A tug picked up the scow Vesper, and is towing it to Whangapara, whore it will be righted and beached. The crew consisted of G. S. Davis (captain), Leslie (crew and mate), Charles Smith (engineer), and another whose name is unknown. The coast is being searched for possible survivors, 1 A CHARGE OF ARSOS - - ■ Foxton, Yesterday. Detective Quirke yesterday arrested a youth named Wallace Stanley Martin, eighteen years of age, on five charges of alleged arson in connection with the recent Foxton fires. Accused was brought before Mr. Hornblow, .T.P., and remanded to the 20th inst. Substantial bail was asked for, but it was not forthcoming.
