In the Assembly, the Amending Liquor Bill was thrown out on a point of order. DAYLIGHT SAVING. Hobart, Sept. 20. The Assembly, by 12 to four, passed the Daylight Saving Bill. It provides for putting the clock forward an hour at midnight of the first Sunday in October, and back on the last Sunday in March,
