THE EMPIRE.
"BULLETS AND BROWN EYES." A TRIUMPH FOR TRIANGLE FILM'S. The splendidly produced ''Triangle" feature "Bullets and Brown Eyes," was enthusiastically received by a full house last evening. "Bullets and Brown Eyes" is set among the hills of two mythical European Powers which are at war with each other. Prince Boris (played by William Desmond) and the Countess Olga (Bessie Barriscale) are the leading characters in the stirring narrative, and both pass through many adventures before the unexpected climax. Not only is the story of strong interest, but t'lie production is the best that Thos. H. Jnce has yet put on the screen; realistic battle scenes 011 a big scale are introduced, and throughout the acting is remarkable, clever, and convincing. An interesting programme of war news, scenic studies, and comedy completes the programme. To-morrow the management will introduce the popular Ford Sterling in an hilarious comedy "Following Father's Footsteps." f = ;
