POST-WAR TRADE CAMPAIGN. Washington, Sept. 17. The authorities have been advised that a collection of 8000 samples of Austro-German products have arrived in Canada in order to see which of them Canadian manufactures can replace. The British Board of Trade is making several such collections, which are to be sent to colonies and dependencies in order to form a world-wide trade combination against Germany
