FINANCIAL SPECULATORS' HUGE PROFITS. Eeceived Sept. 1(1, 5.5 p.m. New York, Sept. 15. The Morgan, Rockefeller, and Dupont groups have reaped millions in the increased valuation of their war stocks during the present boom. It is conservatively estimated that at least ten million dollars represents a week's profit, whilst smaller investors also made respectable fortunes. During the week one speculator raised 1500 dollars to 100,000. It is consistently believed that one reason for the present boom is a general calling of sentiment fostered for the purpose of facilitating the disposal of the recent British war credits floated by the Morgan interests. Many small investors caught short are facing ruin. .
