THE END NEAK. (London, Sept. 14. 'A Belgian communique shows that the German forces in East Africa are divided into two isolated groups, one of which General Smuts is driving towards Mahinge, while the second is defending Tahora, whither a Belgian brigade under General Malitor is moving from the noit'h and General Olsen's brigade from the west along the central railway.
