RUSSIAN PROGRESS CONTINUED. SEVERAL HEIGHTS OCCUPIED. iPetrograd, Sept. 12. A Russian communique says: Wo captured several heights of the rivei Biely Tclieremoch, and continue our progress. In the Carpathians «xn captured a ridge northwards of Kapul mountain. We captured a, mountain in the Caucasus, southward of the village of Pirdjat, and occupied the heights on the left bank of the liver Masladarasi.
