Tenders are invited for the Purchase of 10" Lots Part-worn Saddlery, each containing 10 saddles; some of the lots contain, in addition, accessories, such as bridles, girths, stirrup leathers, surcingles, etc. These saddles have been returned from Egypt as unsuitable for active service, but are quite suitable for ordinary station use. The saddles, etc., may be inspected at Prouse's Buildings, Taranaki Street, Wellington, at any time between the hours of S a.m. to 12, and from 1 to 5 p.m., excepting Saturdays, when the hours are 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Owing to the varied conditions of the saddles, it is impossible to distribute samples for guidance of intending tenderers. Tenders close with the undersigned at 12 noon on Seturday, the 30th inst. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
