Palmers ton North, shortage US; No. 7, Napier, shortage (i(i; No. Sa, Masterton, shortage. 52; No. 8, Hawera, shortage, 84. Total shortage for Wellington Military District, 384. Group No. 0. Christehurch, shortage 30; No. 10, Timaru, shortage 31; No. 11. Kaiapoi, surplus 18; No. 11a, flreymouth, shortage, 07; No. 12, Nelson, shortage 5. Total shortage for Canterbury Military District, 115. Group No, 13, Duneilin, shortage, 40; No. 14, Invercargill, shortage 02; No. 15. Oamaru, shortage 34; No. 18, Miitonj shortage 15.
