The Society pays cost of preparing and registering all mortgages of £IOO or o\er. All profits divided equally amongst borrowers and investors. The Society is purely co-operative. Based on the calculation of the profits made during-the last few years, the time required to repay a loan is seven years. For example: A member borrowing "£IOO (fwe shares of £2O each) would have paid in monthly instalments of £1 lis Bd, in seven years '£l33 0 0 From which, deducting the amount of th» loan 100 0 0 Would leave as paid for interest the balance '£33 0 0 The Society has a RESRRVE FUND ■ of over £2OOO.
