ENROLMENT OF SECOND DIVISION. BUTTING THE TIMES RIGHT. Wellington, Sept. 2. A Gazette Extraordinary order? the enrolment of the second division of the Expeditionary Force Reserve within 14 days. The Minister of Defence has cabled the High Commissioner as follows:—'"Please reply to the Times that it docs not understand the situation and is- evidently ignorant that in addition to the reinforcement drafss we keep a reserve of approximately 1000 for contingencies."
