Apparently anticipating an early decision on the conscription question, a I'lish of volunteers has commenced, reminiscent of the early days of the war. The Governor lias opened the aviation ijchool at Clarendon. Mr. Holman announced that the Government had decided to present Britain with an aeroplane for every one presented by the citizens. Six already are promised privately. Britain is thus assured of twelve.
