TURKS' MOVEMENT paralysed. A RESULT OF RECENT RUSSIAN .VICTORIES, Received August 27, 5.5 p.m. IPetrograd, August 26. Military reports claim that the recent victories knock on the head the Turkish plans around Lake Urga and Hamadan. The advance 011 Persia is now no longci 4 regarded as practical, all Turkish movements being paralysed, notably the grandiose scheme of taking Erzerum.
