The latest information from Rachta H that we have surrounded portions of the Turkish fourth division, capturing the whole 11th regiment, consisting i of a commander, fifty officers, and sixteen hundred men, and the bulk of the remnants of the 10th regiment, consisting of two staff and several other officers and 050 Astoria.
