HAMBURG IN SEMI-REVOLT. CONGER RIOTS AND PEACE DEMONSTRATIONS. SYMPATHETIC POLICE. Received August 24, 10 p.m. London, August 24. The Daily Chronicle's Amsterdam correspondent reports that for a week past Hamburg has been in a state of semirevolution. The exasperated population are breaking out in hunger riots and peace demonstrations. The police are unable, perhaps are unwilling, to quell the disturbances. Before the soldiers arrived, the angry crowds forced their way into several of the principal streets, smashing windows. .Vigorous militSlry measures were adopted to restore order.

She will be able to 'ascend 17,000 feet, and will tarry a complement of 35 men.
