COMPLETE CIIAXGE TO-NIGHT. "BARRIER OF PREJUDICE." A GREAT PROGRAMME. _ The star feature of to-night's very fine list of subjects at the popular Empire Theatre will be Yitagraph's latest Broadway feature, "Harrier of .'Prejudice," described as a. bis human story that tugs at t'he heart strings. Vitagraph photography is noted the woild over for its clearness, so that when one is told that the camera work in this film is of a higher standard than ever one may look for something brilliant. The story possesses abundant heart interest. An aristocratic youngster marries a poor fisher girl against the wishes of hi?; people. In the course of fine dramatic passages the plav goes to show that "love levels all ranks"' and that ''true hearts are more than coronets and simple faith than Norman blood." Another drama of altogether different character is ''The Poisoned Poo!," a captivating dramatic- legend surrounding a sacred pool in an Indian reservation. The story is excellent and is quite a new departure in Indian dramas. "Gertie's Joy Ride" is spoken of as the greatest yell producer yet. It is said to be "too funny for words." A long and authentic war topical will be "In Action with the Canadian Troops." One of its many .sections disclose a panoramic view of the German lines. Mabel Xormand. most popular of ali comediennes, should set the house in roars in the Keystone farce, "Mabel's Adventures." "Tapioca Making," a Pathe colored industrial scries, and the latest Topical Budget complete the massive list. Big business should result. Seats may be reserved at Collier's without extra' charge.
