, FOUR COMPLETE PROGRAMMES . 'THIS WEEK. INCLUDING "DAVID lIAKUM" AND "THE GOLDEN CLAW." Four complete changes of programme will be presented again this week at the Empire. To-night and to-morrow, the principal attraction will be the picture version of Edward Noyes Westeott's popular rural novel "David Ilaruin." Most of our readers have read this story and will welcome the opportunity to see this quaint and lovable character portrayer by such a famous artist as WilliamH. Crane. On Wednesday, a new programme will be screened for that night only, the feature attraction being a Vitaaraph "Broadway" star, entitled "The Harrier of Prejudice" described as a big human story that tugs at the heart strings. Vitagraph photography is noted the world over for its clearness and in this particular instance the famous producers 'have reached a particularly brilliant standard. The supporting items include the latest Topical Budget, and a war comedy. On Thursday night, another of the famous "Stingaree" adventures will head the programme. This programme also will be screened for one night only. On Friday night, and from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday the i.nique five act "Triangle" drama, "The Golden Claw" will be the principle attraction. Tlie management particularly draw the public attention to the fact that the programme is running continuously from 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon and that whatever time they enter the theatre they will see tlie full programme.
