The following is the annual report of the directors of the Kltham Co-operative Dairy Factory Ltd., to be placed before shareholders: — During the year we received and manufactured the following:—For butter making: Milk 2,soß,SliHlbs, butterfat !!4,21<).«01b5, average test 3.75 per cent., cream 7fi,5511b5, butterfat' 30,247.4611>5, average test 30.51 per cent; butter, 13(1,7Sllbs—(il tons lewt lqr, lib. For cheese making: Milk 41,557,634 11k, butterfat 1,550,5851b5, average test 3.80 per cent.; cheese 4,221,53(i1b5 IS4 tans 14cwt 3qrs 241bs; clieese to lib of butterfat (London weight) 2.Gllbs, milk to lib of cheese, O.SOlbs. During the season the average price paid for butter fat for clieese making was lad, and the average price paid for butter fat for butter making was for July and August. 12d, and for balance of season 14d. The balance on hand makes it possible for your directors to make a further payment of 4.42 d»
