FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Associat-on. Wellington, Last Xight. Present indications are for freshening northerly winds in the northern districts and moderate to strong westerlies elsewhere. Cool and changeable weather is likely to prevail, with scattered showers. A storm is apparently developing northwestward of the Dominion, and threatening in the far north. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency in the north.
